The 30th Jeju International Tourist Marathon Festival (June 7, 2026)


 The 30th Jeju International Tourist Marathon Festival, a festival where participants run together against the backdrop of Jeju's beautiful coastline, will be held. Starting in 1995, the Jeju International Tourist Marathon Festival is South Korea's first citizen-participatory marathon race for the general public. With marathon courses designed along the beautiful coast of clean Jeju, it serves as a sports festival that anyone—regardless of age or gender, including families and couples—can enjoy.

Event Date and Departure Venues

The date of the event is Sunday, June 7, 2026. Departure venues are designated differently depending on the course you participate in. Participants in the Full Course and Half Course will depart from Gujwa Sports Park, while participants in the 10km course will depart from Seongsan Ilchul Goseong Stadium.

Registration Eligibility by Course

Registration eligibility requirements differ depending on the chosen course. For the Full Course and Half Course, only individuals aged 18 or older can register. On the other hand, the 10km course is open to everyone with no age restriction.

Hosts, Organizers, and Certifying/Sponsoring Organizations

This event is hosted by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and organized by the Jeju Tourism Association. The competition is officially certified by the Korea Association of Athletics Federations (K.A.A.F) and the Jeju Association of Athletics Federations (J.A.A.F), and it is sponsored by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Jeju and the Consulate General of Japan in Jeju.
